DESCRIPTION:Blood pressure (BP) management plays a critical role in patient
 s with large vessel occlusion (LVO) undergoing mechanical thrombectomy (MT
 )\, as it directly influences cerebral perfusion\, infarct progression\, a
 nd the risk of hemorrhagic complications. During the peri-procedural perio
 d\, inadequate BP control may compromise collateral flow before recanaliza
 tion or contribute to reperfusion injury and intracranial hemorrhage after
  successful thrombectomy.\n\nThis webinar will review the pathophysiologic
 al rationale for BP control before\, during\, and after endovascular treat
 ment\, with particular emphasis on optimizing cerebral perfusion while min
 imizing the risk of hemorrhagic transformation and reperfusion injury.\n\n
